As Salon Manager, she combines creativity, leadership, and a genuine passion for education to help both her clients and the team achieve their best. Having been part of the Minx family since 2012, Tash has built a loyal clientele and a reputation for exceptional colour work, with a particular love for creating beautiful blondes. Whether it's a bright transformation, a seamless lived-in blonde, or the perfect tone, she thrives on creating personalised results that suit each client's style and lifestyle. Education has always been at the heart of Tash's career. A Redken Certified Colourist with an internationally recognised accreditation, she is constantly investing in her own development while sharing that knowledge with the Minx team. Her dedication to the industry has seen her proudly represent Redken as a member of the Redken Pro Creator Team 23/24 and the Redken Pro Gen Team 25/26. For Tash, great hair is about more than the final result. Starting her journey at Minx straight from school, she has grown into a confident and creative Senior Stylist with a genuine passion for beautiful, lived-in colour. Whether she's creating a glossy brunette, a bright blonde, or a complete hair transformation, Katie brings precision, creativity, and a whole lot of heart to every appointment. She loves crafting hair that not only looks incredible on the day but grows out beautifully and suits her clients' everyday lifestyle. Her bubbly personality and positive energy make every visit an enjoyable experience, and it's no surprise that her loyal clients keep coming back. Katie has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable in her chair while delivering results that leave them feeling confident and refreshed. With 17 years of experience in the hair industry, Christine has built a reputation for creating effortlessly beautiful hair that enhances her clients' natural features. She has a particular love for blondes and soft, lived-in colour, designing personalised looks that grow out beautifully and fit each client's lifestyle. Christine also enjoys transformation services and restyle cuts, finding nothing more rewarding than helping someone fall in love with their hair again.

TARA
Emerging Stylist / Third Year Apprentice @tarajane_hairstylist Tara's journey with Minx began as a bright and eager salon assistant, and now, in the third year of her apprenticeship, she has grown into a confident and talented emerging stylist. Known for her beautiful bouncy blow waves, Tara also has a real passion for upstyling and loves creating hair for weddings, school formals, or any special event. Whether it's soft romantic textures or polished, elegant styles, she enjoys helping clients feel their absolute best. More recently, Tara has discovered a love for blonding services and is continually building her skills to create bright, beautiful blondes while staying up to date with the latest techniques and trends. With her warm personality, keen eye for detail, and dedication to ongoing education, Tara brings a calm and friendly energy to the salon. She is a valued part of the Minx team and an exciting stylist to watch as her career continues to flourish. |
FAITH
Second Year Apprentice @faithtait_hair Faith is the kind of girl who'll have you laughing, chatting, and feeling like old friends before you've even hit the basin. After joining Minx in early 2024, Faith has grown into her second year of training with the same endless enthusiasm and "let me at it" attitude that we love. Her natural confidence and curiosity make her a joy to have in the salon, and she's always eager to learn something new. Currently developing her cutting skills, Faith is also loving being more hands-on with foiling and global colour services. She enjoys the creative side of hairdressing and is constantly building her knowledge and technique under the guidance of the senior team. Whether she's working alongside our stylists or welcoming clients into the salon, Faith brings energy, humour, and heart to everything she does. She is a valued part of the Minx team, and we're excited to watch her continue to grow into a talented stylist. |
CHARLOTTE
Second Year Apprentice @charlotte.sinclair.styles Charlotte is our second-year apprentice with a genuine passion for the hair industry. Always ready to give something new a go, she embraces every opportunity to build her skills and grow her confidence behind the chair. Her hairdressing journey began from the other side of the salon mirror, after spending many years as one of Tash's clients. If you ask Charlotte, she'll tell you she was "peer pressured" into becoming a hairdresser, but we like to think it was simply good instincts. Thankfully, she took the leap, and she's never looked back. Known for her bubbly personality and easy conversation, Charlotte has a way of making every appointment feel relaxed and fun. Whether she's perfecting a new technique or helping out around the salon, you're almost guaranteed to leave with great hair and a good laugh. |
HANK
Salon Dog Chief Happiness Officer & Head of Client Relations Hank is the official Minx dog and part-time receptionist, client greeter, and professional sunbather. Technically, he belongs to Tash... although that ownership is up for debate on the best of days. Not known for being a morning dog, Hank prefers a slow start and can usually be found searching for a welcoming knee to sit on while the salon wakes up. By afternoon, you'll find him stretched out in his favorite sunny spot by the window, napping like the king he believes he is. Hank has a particular soft spot for kids and loves having little visitors in the salon. He's always happy to sit quietly beside them or invite them to play with one of his many de-stuffed toys or a well-loved, half-chewed tennis ball. He may not hold a pair of scissors, but Hank takes his role at Minx very seriously - making clients feel welcome, providing plenty of cuddles, and reminding everyone to slow down and enjoy the little moments. |
