Terms & conditions
By booking a service with us, you are agreeing to our terms & conditions that apply to all offers, treatments and transactions between Minx and the customer.
Minx will contact clients one day prior to their appointment.
We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the reserved service being charged.
If you ‘no show’ you will be charged 100% of your reserved service.
If an appointment is made for the same day/less than 24 hours’ notice and then needs to be cancelled, we ask you please give us 4 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in 50% of your reserved service being charged.
If a client is 10 minutes or more late to their appointment, the stylist will advise what can be completed in the remaining time frame.
Any cancellation fee’s are at Minx’s discretion, as we do understand life events happen and things can change quickly.
Minx reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee or booking fee for any future appointments if necessary.
Payment is to be made on the day of service. We accept eftpos, cash, Afterpay & Ruralco.
Student ID may be required for some services.
Please note there is a $3 Sustainable Salon fee added to each appointment, and may not be included in price estimates or shown online.
